Amanda and Brian were cut from my cloth. They’re the kind of people who make your face hurt from smiling after 5 minutes. They are so much fun to be around and they know when moments need to be covered in laughter and when they need to be silent. I’m so grateful to have joined these two amazing families for this beautiful wedding.
Kendall + Jesse | Vineyard Estate Wedding
When we moved to Nashville, Kendall and Jesse were some of the only people we knew, and they've taken us in and made us part of their family. I know now that Kendall is the epitome of grace and joy. She lights up every room she enters and Jesse never misses the opportunity to soak in the warmth of her presence. Jesse is genuinely one of the funniest people I know and Kendall can spout off ANY Friends quote flawlessly at the drop of a pin. If I can be perfectly frank, the word I would use to describe them is golden. They are such gems and their wedding day perfectly exemplified their relationship.
Amanda + Brian | Mountain Spring Engagement Session
I’ve known Brian and Amanda through association for several years now, but getting to spend some time with them during their engagement session was such a treat. I went to college with Brian’s sister, so I had come to know Brian through her stories, but when I met Amanda I could tell so quickly that Brian did a stellar job finding the perfect match.
Our Portraits | Adam Mullins Photography
What a treat it was to spend time with Adam and Sarah! These two are quality friends that I have been absolutely blessed by time and time again. Last year Sarah had to take some time off after they welcomed a new baby to the family, so they asked me to step in and assist Adam with some weddings in her absence. From the client meetings I attended with them, to the shoots I joined them on and ultimately the weddings I shot, I can confidently say that these two are gems and some of the most genuine and amazing people you could ever know.
Cora + Steven | Downtown Snow Portraits
How would you feel if I reached out to you the night before a snow storm and asked you to brave the elements for the sake of portraits? That's exactly what I did with Steven and Cora! The winter that we lived Downtown in Lynchburg, VA, our little town got hit with a big snow storm that lasted for a few days! How often can you shoot while the snow is still falling, downtown?
