I’ve known them separately and I’ve known them together and--and to know them as a couple is to know that you are truly in the presence of love. So I would like to raise my glass to Monic--I mean Kendall and Jesse...

In all seriousness, I can think of no two people better prepared for the journey. I've known Kendall and Jesse since my early years in college. When I was a freshman in college, I actually had a declared major in Worship and Music Studies! I know, some days I still can't believe it myself. Jesse is a successful and gifted musician, and naturally introduced himself to me as an incoming freshmen--he's a genuine helper, looking to aid other musicians when he can. Once I snapped out of the dream to be a rock star, I changed my degree to Graphic Design, which is how I met Kendall! I remember sitting by Kendall in our 3D rendering class and watching her gracefully doodle cartoons and hand lettering while we were taught about splines and other boring stuff.

My first impression for both of them was spot on.

When we moved to Nashville, Kendall and Jesse were some of the only people we knew, and they've taken us in and made us part of their family. I know now that Kendall is the epitome of grace and joy. She lights up every room she enters and Jesse never misses the opportunity to soak in the warmth of her presence. Jesse is genuinely one of the funniest people I know and Kendall can spout off ANY Friends quote flawlessly at the drop of a pin. If I can be perfectly frank, the word I would use to describe them is golden. They are such gems and their wedding day perfectly exemplified their relationship.

I could speak for days on the dreamy details and perfect touches of their wedding day, but at the end of the day I'm just here to tell their story, not gush over how (literally) perfect their day was!

Congrats to Kendall and Jesse on your one year anniversary! Jordan and I are so grateful to have you both in our lives!
